What is the cost of the Convention? We have several options for registrations for members, nonmembers, and students. Check out the Convention Costs page for detailed information. The Early Bird Rate expires on March 31, so register before then for the lowest rates.
Where can I go for questions during the Convention?
For questions onsite, please visit the Host Committee booth staffed by local AWHONN members or the AWHONN registration desk.
What meals are provided?
Snacks are provided in the expo hall and at different receptions, which will be listed in the final program.
How can I find out what’s going on around town?
The Host Committee booth is a great place to start! It’s staffed with local members who know the area best. There is also a tab in the Convention app that highlights local information.
How can I make my travel arrangements?
The closest airport to the Convention is Denver International Airport. The hotel is the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center. To reserve your room at this Gaylord, visit our attendee hotel accommodations portal.
What is the group room rate at the Gaylord?
The group rate for single/double rooms at the Gaylord is $239 + tax. This rate is available June 22-July 2 (based on availability). Use our attendee hotel accommodations portal to reserve your room at this rate.
Are you offering preconvention workshops?
Yes, preconvention workshops are sessions held on Saturday and Sunday before the official opening of the Convention. There is an additional fee for attending these sessions, which includes a continental breakfast at morning workshops and snacks at afternoon workshops. Review the program for more details on sessions.
How do I get my CNE?
Attendees must complete an evaluation for each session for which they are applying for CNE credit, as well as for overall Convention attendance. To complete your evaluations, log into the session HUB during or after the Convention.
Can anyone attend the President’s Party?
All registered Convention attendees, and one-day registrants (over 21 years of age) who have registered on Monday, June 27, can attend the President’s Party. Don’t forget your badge!
