Is there a code of conduct for this type of event?
While we hope everyone knows how to behave respectfully in a virtual environment, AWHONN does have a Virtual Code of Conduct which participants are required to follow.
Will AWHONN be offering a virtual format this year?
At this time, we plan to bring the magic of the AWHONN Convention back to you in an in-person format only. For your health and safety, we will monitor the national COVID-19 virus response and make proactive decisions on how best to deliver the same quality Convention you have come to expect. Options may include a hybrid event or a fully virtual option, as was delivered by our online platform in 2020. Should we be required to adopt either of these alternate Convention models, we will notify you immediately and facilitate any changes you may need to make to your registration and/or hotel accommodations. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
If I already registered for Convention, can I switch my registration to the Virtual Event?
For those who already registered for Convention, your registration will automatically be converted to the Virtual Event registration. If you do not wish to attend the virtual convention, you may contact Experient at AWHONN@experient-inc.com or via phone at 800-310-7554 for a full refund, or to convert your registration to the AWHONN 2021 Convention, June 12-16, Orlando, FL.
